Move-in day and the 12th annual convocation ceremony kick off an activity-packed Welcome Week on Friday, August 24, 2018, as USciences welcomes incoming students.

Welcome Program
An invitation is extended to your family to attend the opening Convocation program on Friday, August 24th from 2–3pm in the Bobby Morgan Arena, located inside the Athletic/Recreation Center. Families have always been an important part of this program, and we hope your family will join us.

The Graduate Student Organization (GSO) at USciences is planning to host its first career panel and networking event, “Career Pathways, Explore the Unconventional” on May 2, 2018, 5:00 to 8:00 pm, featuring:

Director of the Office of Sponsored Projects and Research, USciences

Scott Shandler, PhD, MBA
Co-founder and CEO, Longevity Biotech

GSO is looking to bring students together with alumni who have knowledge of careers not only in industry or academia but elsewhere. The hope is that this event will help current graduate students build their professional network and relationships with alumni, who have a broad range of insight and careers.
